I made the step last January, I went from a 2002 C2 coupe to a 2002 TT coupe. The TT is obviously way faster, the TT feels more solid and planted than the C2. The only thing I liked more about the C2 was the sound of the engine, the TT no matter what you do to it will never sound like a NA flat 6
Let me know if you have more specific questions.

The TT I drove yesterday had a pretty wicked exhaust. Not like an aircooled car but it sounded great in its own right.

Gregg...the one I drove is at Auto Assets in Powell. You should go check it out.
Whereabouts in CMH are you?

Nice pair of cars you have there. What do you use the 944 for?

I've made the jump too ... of course I made an expensive and stupid detour with a couple of BMW M cars and a Subaru in between ...

I traded a 99 996 C-4 Cab in on my present 04 TT Cab, the difference is like night and day. I will say that the C-4 had a nicer everyday ride over the crappy Chicago-area roads, but the power of the Turbo more than makes up for it. Go for it!

The red car is a PCA E stock,NASA GTS-2 racer. There is also a recently redone 968 not pictured.
