If I ever get past 6000 miles, I'll let you know.

Wow. Is that speedo calibrated to measure "track miles"???

(Just like 'dog years'... 1 track mile = 10 real miles!)

I recall you posting before, and I don't recall many folks in your territory.

Looking forward to the next big one (300)...

Last time I spoke with Tom (T2), he still had the original clutch in the car.

At current 996Turbo prices, they simply are the world's most reliable supercar, without question.

LTC is correct - original clutch (I replaced two bearings and a rear main seal), original turbos, original tranny, etc etc etc. The cars are bullet proof!! T2 - continuing to knock on wood!!

I saw a 90k mile car on Ebay yesterday and was wondering if that was one of the higher/highest mileage 996TT....this is in a totally different league! Congrats!

T2, congrats! That's excellent.

What oil do you use and how often is it changed?

Thanks.

I'm sure many factors contribute to the longevity...Why no turbo script on your speedo?
