Default Is it possible to run the 996TT on 2WD?

Would like to know if itīs possible to put the 996TT running on 2WD, and what is need to be done in order to have the 2WD.
If this mod is possible, will this cause any arm on a 520Hp Turbo rear differential? Thanks in advance.

Yes it is possible...you could try it also to see if you like it. Just disconnect the front diff as if you were getting the car dynoed. If you want to do it permanently....see the links

disconnecting the front shaft and pretending you are getting the RWD experience in this car is a failed experiment.

first would need to know what you are trying to accomplish and why then I can help you.

email me your questions at tkerrmd@aol.com

I have a full RWD conversion and it takes a little more than a disconnect. none the least is a LSD and proper suspension set up.
