Please be aware that no concrete should be coated green... it must outgas/cure before any coating is applied.

It might look the same but it's a hybrid polymer, and it has a lifetime gurantee from my Premier dealer.

Additionally, I am well aware of curing the concrete prior to coating. The "new" description of my garage concrete means nothing has ever been parked on it...in other words it's never been used. It was poured over a year ago.

Thanks Kevin...about one third of the driveway is poured. We're waiting for better weather to pour the rest.

The remodel has been a long process but the end is finally in sight. I'm looking forward to parking the Turbo in the new garage in a few weeks!

I'm actually thinking about using an industrial floor covering when I re-do mine. I"ve done two part epoxy on several floors, and if it is stuff you will be "working on" (floor jacks/jackstands and the like) then forget epoxy "living" and wearing well in an environment like that.

Dock, it looks great and I'm sure it'll serve your purposes well. Good luck with it!

Thanks Mike.

When I have to do anything other than an oil change, I'm going to use my other garage (the garage I had been doing maintenance work in prior to adding the new garage).

I'm going to use this new two car garage for parking, detailing, and minor maintenance. It's going to be the "man cave".

You've got the same setup I do, and actually the wife and I have talked about doing this to the garage attached to our house as well... It's only a 2 car, but it's pretty much for parking the cars and occassional detailing/ minor things...

My lift is in the "shop" and that floor was painted last spring... Looks horrible now, but the shop seems like a "working" shop at times with all the traffic... It's funny, when you have a lift, everyone's your friend!

For floors in high traffic areas we've gone to a "polyaspartic"; high wear, quick drying and easy to repair. My favorite part is when you broadcast flecks to build it up it has some give (no longer a hard concrete floor). First time I saw it was in an injection molding plant with 10t fork lifts running about.

Various companies do it, we happen to use the Sika material.

Did you go with Premier?

I had been waiting for my new driveway to be completed so I could get the Turbo to the new garage. The driveway was finally poured, and after five days of curing, I was finally able to get the car in the garage this past Sunday.
