Default x50 suspension

Is there a susension difference between stock 996tt and X50?
Was X50 a X73 or ROW sport or same as 996tt?

Hey Fadi…..when are you in Melbourne next? If I’m about I’ll take you for a spin.
I have a very low usage X73 package waiting for you (<1000 km) . Still awaiting response from several vendors re my likely course of moving to JRZ RS coilovers.
My big yellows (brakes) & RS motor mounts should arrive into Melbourne via air next week.

X50 has the std turbo suspension, X73 is a competition retrofit from Porsche. There is a RoW version of the std suspension, slightly lower, otherwise identical.

Thanks guys.That clears it up.

Mark, as you know, I don't need to lower my car becasue of driveway issues. So X73 is perfect for me.
keep it safe..I'll definetly go with it, I'm just doing some due dilligence on what else I need to do...

At this stage...I'm told it helps to have a different rear sway bar?Does X73 come with GT3 Sway bar or different drop links?

I need to arrange a weekend away for our anniversary...wife prefers warm weather...what's Melbourne like in October?

If I run into you, it will be a total coincidence.

Melbourne....warm weather ??? I think I would stay in Sydney

X73 kit : complete pre-assembled struts (special spring tops, spring plates, bump stops.) Also includes firmer motor mounts.

Mike, Let me know how you like the JRZs! I'm also getting ready to install better mounts for the motor/tranny, as well as some caster adjustable bushings and toe links...

The x73 is about 10mm lower than a stock RoW suspension. It's a nice package.
Mike, had mine at the glen last week in red, it was unreal, toe links and the other suspension mods really paid off. I ran like a 2:10, my fastest ever out there.
