Default K24 / 18G
I am looking at getting the K24 / 18G shortly. There are many vendor offering this setup. I am only looking at purchasing the turbos and not the Tuning as I live outside the US. I am currently looking at the Protomotive and Vivid Racing setup? What are the differences between the different setup?

Actually, they both have their 24/18g hybrids made at the same shop, so no, there is no difference.

Same shop does the turbo upgrade and we share the same programming.

Proto does the turbos for Vivid and really the only way I would go for those turbos. calling either will net you a good result. I did

Actually Doc, Blouch makes the turbos for both Vivid and Proto.

they make the stock turbo for the 996TT or they do the hybrid modification?

They build the K24/18G hybrids for them. Original turbos are made by Borg Warner (KKK).
