2001 GT2 ??
Does anything about this listing make any sense?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=220238204874
This was listed on ebay about two months ago and the auction was canceled with less than an hour to go due to "an error in the listing". When I politely asked the seller about the GT2 aspects of the car he stopped responding to my emails. The car seems to have reappeared.

Why does the door sill plate say "Carrera"?
Didn't GT2 have PCCB?
One of two with AWD?
Seems strange to me.

Hmm... according to the VIN it is a 2001 996 TT.
The engine code and transmission code are both 996 TT - not GT2.

Car comes up on cars.com or autotrader as well.
Porsche did make a 2001 GT2 for Europe. I believe those had steel brakes like this car.
However; None were AWD.
This looks to be a conversion.
Misdirection, not good.
