Plastic Seat Backs
First off, thanks to everyone for schooling me on my 03 TT I am now critically obsessed. You guys rock thank you.
My question is about the plastic seat backs. These are really cool but honestly, I am not sure what they are for. There are some companies on ebay that offer them painted to match for about 300.00. I need to send them a core trade too.
Can you guys ansewr a couple of questions for me?
First, will they fit an 03 TT? I have standard seats with mem, heat and lumbar.
Second, are they hard to install? Are there any instrucitons on the forums I could view that anyone knows about?
Third, does anyone know a company that offers them Carbon Fiber?
Finally, do you guys like them?

your seats need to be the sport style seats in order to get the plastic seatbacks. for those that are not painted at the factory, most owners will paint them the same color of the car. try going to www.nrauto.com. they may offer the backs covered in cf. They also may help you with the installation.
