What the difference between hollow spoke and solid spokes? are they interchangeable on a car (i.e. if my current wheels are solid, can i replace on with a hollow spoke?).

It's in the construction of the wheel itself, they were made hollow inside the spoked to free up rotational mass/weight, the wheels are lighter ! Nothing is interchangeable unless you buy the hollow spokes and swap them on your car lol

I have a nice set.
3 have some very slight curb rash but straight and true. They are on my car right now they balanced perfectly.
One rear is solid the other 3 are hollows. ( inever knew)
I will sell them cheap. no tires.
Email me Me and i'll send you pics

I have a set of hollow spoke that have been chromed. They look excelent with zero curb rash.

I have new wheels arriving in about a week and looking to sell them.

Let me know if interested.

My new wheels are arriving on Monday - if anyone is interested in Chrome hollowspokes from a 2004 TT. Got P Zero on front with good tread - back need to be replaced very soon.
