Default WIndshield Fluid Leak and low coolant

Hello,
I had my TT in for auto body repairs. The front left portion of the car was being repaired. Got the car back yesterday

Noticed the windshield fluid light come on and put in the fluid. All of it leaked out from the bottom. After I place the fluid you can clearly see it trickle out from under the front left of the car. Any idea what these morons did??

I'm Also getting low coolant light on

Cracked windshield reservoir. Your radiator hose must have also been replaced.. You need to add coolant. It is located in the left rear engine compartment. Running these cars low on coolant isn't a good thing as you know.

Is a Cracked windshield reservoir a quick fix? Reason I ask is the shop took a forever to fix the car. if its a quick/easy fix I'll just do it myself
