It's licensed software. From my understanding once installed you can't resell.

It's only $249 from durametric directly. You can use it for up to three cars. Get it from them and the support and peace of mind will be worth the difference if you have problems.

I always thought you could sell a licensed software CD as long as you uninstalled it from your computer.
