TY Kev. Doesn't sound as bad when you know where all the stuff is.

I did mine on jack stands with bumper on. It was not easy because the exhaust is not that light. The curved wrenches would have been nice also. I ended up using a cutting wheel to cut off a wrenc short enough to get to those nuts and it will only turn a fuzz at a time. It can be done though. Also check your hanging strap tightness several times after a few heat cycles because I have tightened mine several times.

I was able to get the difficult nut off using a short 1/2" 12 point box end wrench. Be sure and pull the O2 sensor wires down before you drop the muffler so they don't hang on anything. I didn't pull the bumper. I did struggle getting the tip clamps on, should have installed them on the muffler before I put the muffler on the car. The Imagine Auto how to write up is very useful.

I did mine on stands as well without removing the rear bumber. The write upi that is being referenced indciates that using a 4 x 24 plywood board screwed on top of your jack makes rasing the new system in place a snap. I followed those instructions and had no real issues at all. The andy cruved wrench that comes with the Europipe really, really helps get it done without too much hassle. Have to be patient though. In terms of the O2 sensors...I unpluged them from the top of the engine area first and then dropped them down so they would not get stretched when removing the old exhaust. Good luck

I have no idea what you guys are talking about with the whole bumper removal...

I swapped a new system in and had no issues with the rear bumper cover. It was a two hour swap, and I'll do it again the same way when I swap to a Euro-pipe stage2 quiet. There's no need, ZERO need to remove the bumper...

Mike, some folks want to do it with easier access.. Removing the bumper and rebar..

It's a never win situation, if you tell people you don't need to remove the bumper assy, some people will complain about the access.. If you tell people to remove the cover, then it's to much work..

However, if you are doing a oil change and a plug change with the exhaust.. Take the bumper cover off...
