I emailed this persone and he told me all parts were new and that it has been rebalanced. Sounds good to me, anyone ever heard of them ?

They aren't new.. In the ad they mention that they are rebuilt, and rebalanced.. The picture that is used in the Ebay ad is of a "new" set of K24's... Not K16/24's..

I have used them in the past and have been happy but better, just looking at a almost 99 % satisfactory rate in transactions over 6 years, the chance that you are getting screwed are slim.
