Default 2001 996TT Euro spec vs USA spec ??

Recently purchased a 2001 996TT. I believe Porsche Cars delivered to Australia are based around the Euro spec. What are the difference's between the Euro Spec vs USA Spec re 2001 996TT.

Also local Porsche dealer advises I am not able to fit the X73 Suspension package to a 2001 996TT, why would this be?

Thanks

Your dealer is probably responding to a Porsche communication regarding the installation of Porsche parts that are NOT standard equipment in the country of origin.
My dealer would not install an x73 package, as PCNA (Porsche Cars North America) would not warranty the car, as the X73 was NOT a US option (it was RoW).
Some dealers just do it anyways, hoping/knowing that it will likely NOT cause a warranty issue; and if it does, they'll stand behind it themselves and not get PCNA involved.
Silly, but that is the view from Porsche.
