Default How to Remove lower black piece of Rocker Panel?

Hey Guys, I was wondering if anybody knows how to remove the black plastic lower piece of the side skirt on a 996tt cab? It appears to be held on by some screws under the car-- after they are removed does the piece "pop" off with some force?

Thanks in advance!

From memory two screws in back and one up front. It is a two person job so that you do not break the tabs when you remove. You also need three hands when you go back to install it. Also, start from the back and move to the front.

I should have added you want to tilt is at an angle swinging it out and under (rolling the lower portion forward to you) the car to clear the tabs which are located at the parting seam.
