is that a private party? My friend is a mechanic at Napleton Porsche... about 15 minutes away...
I guess they can bring it in there- better yet if they were able to take it to a dealer near my house called Loeber motors in Skokie... I know the chief mechanic as well as the the manager...

Or take it to the Porsche Exchange. Ask for Bill. Great guys. I have done some work on their dyno and even bought a car from them.

Sol Snyderman of Perfect Power at 844 Liberty Dr. in Libertyville, IL. His phone number is 1-847-367-8837. Perfect Power is a great dedicated Porsche shop, I've had Sol do work on my stuff for approximately 15 years.

PPI = Porsche PrePurchase Inspection? If so, how much do these run?

Thanks,

Gixxed

It usually costs around $150 -$225.

Good luck,
Adam

If you put a lot of stock in ECU data, Loeber is the place to go.

If the car has been chipped or is chipped/re-flashed, I wouldn't take it there.
