Default My 1/4 run (video)

This is from last night, I ran 11 times and won all of my races. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to launch the car as my 60 ft. times sux at a 1.895. Pay know attention to that mustang getting walked. In the next run I'm alone, I had the fastest car there that night and knowone wanted to line up with me. This happened a few times. Imagine that a road car scaring drag cars.

Nice runs....did you end up getting rid of the Supra?

I take it this is the same IndyKid from the RX7 forums?

As and old drag racer a 12.0 is rather slow as drag racing goes ... now when you get in the 10's with a door slammer you have something. I own a TT and would not drag race it as any good mustang or camaro could beat me.

Most of the big hitter that run 10's didn't go because it was really cold and traction sucks. A friend of mine ownes a 10 sec rx7 and on the way to the track we messed around a couple of times and he wasn't getting **** until north of 60mph.

So what kind of mods do you have in mind for the 996? Hit me up with a PM...I have some ideas that I think you would be rather interested in.

Cool vids. Just out of curiousity, can you describe how you took off from the start line. RPM, gear, PCM (assume it was off), etc.
