I think carbon is the way to go for the shifter and handbrake. I also like the PCM surround and the vents in carbon. I think having the center console in carbon is a touch too much though. Having said that, I wouldn't go for the carbon stering wheel. The only way to go on that is with the thicker leather wheel.

Well said. Abundant use of CF on the interior is Porsche's version of a gold kit. Same goes for abundant deviated stiching. MODERATION!!!!! Plus I think in 10 or so years when you look back at a 996TT with the interior all tarted up it will have the same effect as the look of a Gemballa Avalanche today.

Just got back from Denver actually...went to the Snowmobile expo and bought a new hill climber...a SkiDoo Summit 800 Adrenaline 151.....sweet machine.

Stopped by Eurosport to take a look at the car but it wasn't there...they sent the car to Stevinson Porsche for some repairs....they didn't specify (questionable?!?).

They did have a dk blue 02TT for high $70ks but really wanted to see that red int in person.

Thats why I like the Terracotta color of Boxster Red better. The Can-Can Red is just too distracting.

On the blue car, that grey is the worst color there is....
