That resolves one problem...what went wrong with John's??
I am holding off on installing my PSS-9 for another week...

John was affected by the same problem, I believe. I don't think you have anything to worry about msindi.

Mansour,

I had the same problem as Michael.

The installation instructions do not show the bottom washer being required, so if your technician follows the instructions exactly (like Bob does), the washer is not used. The exploded view does not show the washer, either. As Asgar explained, the majority of RUF PSS-9 suspensions have been put on Ruf conversions and their techs know what to do without looking at the instructions, therefore no problems. Also, some installers just put them on without looking too closely at the instructions and got lucky........it's the person that took the time to make sure everything was exactly as the instructions show that omitted the washer.
