How Much Boost stock?
Please pardon my newbyish question, but how much boost should I get under full acceleration? My 01 TT has a brand new factory installed engine/turbos, just broken in with around 3k miles and only seems to hit a max of 0.6 bar. Is this what it should be??

Stock TT's should hit around 0.7 and X-50's up to 0.9 and ECU remaps 1.0+. Also your digital guage is very slow and inaccurate. And ambient conditions cause a lot of variation as well.

0.6 bar seems rather low but it is influenced by ambient conditions and fuel octane. Where available you should use 93 octane if you aren't already. You should be hitting 0.8 bar in the higher gears under full load under optimal conditions.

0.8 is top boost on standard TT. 0.9 is top boost on X50. If ECU reads problem, boost is limited to 0.5 to protect turbos. Find a long steep hill and while ascending it in second or third gear floor it and carry it to redline. If all is normal you will probably see 0.8 bar. Mine is X50 and chipped. In these conditions I hit 1.2 bar.

0.8 = top-boost on std TT? I've seen 0.9, see this pic. Yes, the car was plain stock at that time.

As always there are variables that will effect what the boost gage displays...environmental conditions, altitude..oh yeah and measurement error. When talking about what you should expect to see, most people are talking "averages" (actually average peak). This does not mean that single points can't exceed the "average". Even the Porsche graph does not account for variation which exists in everything!
