I currently have an 11" rear with a 295/30/18 tire. Will this tire fit properly on a 12" rim?

it may fit depends on the manufactures recommendation usually there is a range like 10.5-12. Personally I think it would be a stretch (no pun intended) the 315 is the correct size and that is a 12.5 inch wide tire.
