Number five is a potted PCB so you don't want to try to spray it with anything. All you want to do is pull the MAF from the intake tube and spray the top of the metal sensor element (#2 or letter A in the image below) in the direction of the arrows. There is nothing inside the sensor housing worth cleaning so don't bother taking it apart.

Buy a new MAF if you haven't replaced it in 10 years.. The fine sensor is plated with ozone, oil, and other airborn garbage.. Most everyone has cleaned the MAF once and twice already.. Disclaimer: My opinion based on what I have seen.
