Post Active Radar Jammer Group Buy

This is a group buy opportunity for a SCORPION jammer. www.scorpionjammers.com
Distributers sell this for $699...their website sells it for $600
It jams X band and K band and works well with Lidatek and V1 for complete stealth car except KA band?!?!?

CJV sais the only jammer he knows that really works is produced by Stealth Technologies and they went out of business....well I spoke with Lance over at Scorpion and he sais his company bought the technology from Stealth and has since improved the jamming.

I went to www.jamradar.com and paid $24 for a membership to get an unbiased review of the Jammer and it was the only one that jammed accurately, however, they are a distributer for Scorpion....maybe because it works?

Here is what unbiased Speed Lab report said:
ScorpIon-page 2
Product Performance: SML has tested the Scorpion over a three times in a three year period during the company’s annual radar detector evaluations (see: www.speedzones.com). Radar guns were operated by active duty police officers certified to operate radar guns and in accordance with commonly held
practices of the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Results were witnessed by in excess of thirty participants at SML test course in El Paso, Texas and in Alberta, Canada. A video tape showing the effectiveness or lack thereof of many different devices may be obtained from SML’s
O web sites (www.speedlabs.com, www.speedzones.com). The Scorpion was targeted for maximum
jamming efficiency from a distance of one mile to the gun’s location with the radar guns in the
constant transmit position. The Scorpion encountered both analog and digital X and K band radar guns. After three runs with each gun in the constant on mode for maximum range, the Scorpion was then exposed to instant on radar gun targeting from the normal targeting distance used in law enforcement of 1,000 feet. An external radar display was placed on the ground and wired to the K band radar guns so participants could observe the jamming efficiency of the Scorpion. In both cases the Scorpion
performed as advertised jamming both X and K band guns from point of encounter to approximately
100 feet from the radar gun’s location. The speed readout displays remained blank. The Doppler
audio of the radar guns fluctuated wildly from low to high pitch. The Scorpion when encountering
a X or K band signal, alerts the driver as with any radar detector and immediately transmits a Z Doppler shift frequency outside of the parameters of the radar gun’s computer. This transmitted
Doppler shift is stronger than the radar gun’s own reflected signal. Some, newer radar guns, tell the
O officer they are being jammed. The Scorpion was then exposed the the VG-2 radar detector/detector. The VG-2 looks for local oscillator emissions of microwave devices at 11.55 GHz commonly used in radar detectors. The Scorpion was not detected by the VG-2.
< Conclusion: The Scorpion performed as advertised successfully
jamming X and K band radar guns. The radar detector
was not as sensitive as many top of the line radar detectors
D in range. However, the radar detector section did give over a 1/2 mile warning to the use of police radar ahead. Some states have passed laws prohibiting the use of any jamming device, either radar or laser. Before considering this product, check with local or state laws or ordinances.

Here is a link to a DIY active jammer.
After the last Radar detector thread, did a bit of research on jammers and found that the Military is the only producer of a working reliable jammer.
Any electrical engineers know if this will work?
