Get the TT with the X-50 package. That will include all you mentioned and then some. Then the difference with be AWD and some additional weight. But you will have all the electronic stability control.
there is only 30 hp increase not 100.

I've driven the GT2 European model, which also comes with a bolted-in steel roll cage, solid racing (same as GT3?) seats, and is set up for harnesses. Also, a lower and stiffer suspension with metal track type bushings.

In my opinion, the GT2 is really only more desirable if you're going to use it quite a bit as a track car. The lack of PSM, AWD, and the inability to get any real useable access to the back seats or compartment (the roll cage blocks it and the seats don't fold forward), makes it less useable for street purposes
Plus, all that HP can be a handful (especially when you start the mods!) without any driver aids. Not a car for someone without a lot of quality time in a rear engined P car.

If it's going to be a daily driver or primarily a street car, you're probably better off with the TT.

Well after your desire for 2WD all bets are off, just get the GT2 if you can. Seems as though that is what you want.

Yes i like 2wd better, and i only use my car for the weekends so it's not my daily driver, but i do not know if a gt2 will fit my budget thats why im checking about the diffrence, becouse i know what i want from my 996 tt so maybe im better of buying a gt2 directly that is a true gt2 insead of a modified 996 tt

keep the car you have until u can afford the one you want. By your above desires you certainly dont want a TT. Your budget may be better with a GT3 Cup car.
