Should I be wary of low mileage cars?

I think alot has to do with what side of the equation you happen to be on at the time. If you are shopping for a car then of course you are going to tell anyone who is selling a car that there is another one for sale with lower miles for less money. If you are selling a car with some miles on it then you are going to be extolling the virtues of regular use and showing the prospective buyer how well it was maintained. In the end the buyer is going to have to weigh the asking price and future maintenence costs when making a decision. My opinion is that a properly maintained lower mileage car is worth more but not a whole lot more so it would depend on the exact situation.
