I agree with Marty(woodster).... chip and exhaust runs very low 12s... average... a sateg 3 or 4 (k24 based turbos) run 11.8s average with 11.5 at max( I did it). Then if u get a k24 based hybrid turbo and still run on stock fuel system.. u can achieved mid to low 11s...
The trick in this modding is to have a k24 based turbo if ur looking for power... some tuners, like kevin, port the k16s and others use k24s as base for upgraded wheels...
