Default Rear Bumper Dinged...Need Advice

Last weekend someone hit my rear bumper while the car was parked. One bumperette bruised, one dent in the rear bumper and a few deep scrapes/scratches on the bumper ...

What are my choices to get this fixed? Can the one dent come out or do I need to replace the whole bumper?

I know the bumperette can be replaced and I could possibly live with the scratches (buff them a bit)...but the dent is annoying. Thanks...

Replace the bumperette, then get an estimate on both repairing the bumper (I'd guess they will have to fill some of the damaged areas), and buying/painting a new bumper. Go from there.

I have a freind that does the paintless dent repair and my rear bumper had a place on it pushed out from the inside and he used a heat gun to heat it and push it back in shape. He said they did a lot of new cars that had been damaged while on the truck being delevered. You may want to check on this from some of the guys that do the paintless dent repair.

Our dentless guys in Tampa are called Carsmetics (may be a chain), anyway if something around of that quality give it a try. they did a great job for only hundreds of dollars and used a paint matching system and gave to OEM spec result.
