Woodster when you do go.. you'll actually appreciate how hard it is to actually "drag race" these cars. Honestly I'd be suprised if you managed a low 12, not based on the performance of your but more due to the drive.. It's really not easy.

Ran a 12.43 @ 117, and a 12.001 @ 117. KPG on rennlist. Very good runs.
Motor Trend, Stock 996TT == 11.92 @ 116
Car and Driver, Stock 996TT == 12.3 @ 116
11.65 @ 126 == I/A stage 2 with Exhuast, 100 cell cats, 100 octane, 55 cool degrees
Divexxtreme on 6speed, (this is the fastest known stage 2 car and is not likely to be reproduced
if someone else purchases the same kit, but I feel it is worthy of mention and is a fantastic run!)
Marty
I believe Divexxtreme's is reproduceable but I thought he had the 100 octane program? The search function doesn't work right now on 6speed but there are a good few people that have stage II's that run high 11s. With an exhaust and a chip my car did an 11.68 @ 122.

Those are very good times!
It is quite amazing what a "ECU and exhaust" will do in these cars,
almost seems like Porsche should have made them that way to begin with.

Well when you throw and additional 80-100HP at these cars they go from being quick to pretty darn quick

The only time they've ever done something like that is with the limited Cayenne Turbo S... There's no reason for Porsche to push things tho, you're right.
