Default This Weekend's Mod

OK, the poser in me added another bling mod today. The main reason I put up these inexpensive mods on here is to give others ideas what are out there to personalize the cars.

I'm a nut for anything that says TURBO, so I didn't care for the crested wheel caps.........so they had to go.

Next up......more carbon fiber

FVD catalogue shows several different variations, some use original flywheel,
and some use a ltwt flywheel, stay away from anything that has real quick
engagement (like a 996GT3 cup car), not fun to drive in traffic or start out
on hills.

Those are the OEM hub centers that come on the stock Turbo wheels - have 'em on my car.

If you're really ****, you'll rotate them so the valve stem is either 90 degrees to the word "turbo", or rotate them so the word "turbo" points at the valve stem.

Yes, they are beyond **** - they're firmly in "Bling" territory.

Boo,
I have the full CF pkg, consisting of:

Steering Wheel, vents, upper dash (wrapping around windsheild), Gauge panel (speedo, tach), front dash strips, front console & batwing, center console, shifter, e-brake, door pull and door panel storage cover, & front/rear speakers.

I have purchased a CF hazard bezel ($75 on Ebay). Am looking for a CF key surround, CD holder, and dash speaker cover. Will then look at exterior CF pieces.

I like the black mats, if I ever replace the carpeting, I'll do that in black.

My Porsche crest for the wheels kept falling off, BIG TIME!!! Did anyone else have this problem? I got my Porsche dealership to switch it out ages ago to the TURBO Badge...

Unless the plastic tabs are broken, they should stay on OK.

Marty,
Bought these off ebay ($50)

Good catch Tom,
I think these are std equipment on Turbo S alone. There was a Turbo S gauge panel on ebay last week for $500 but it is a Tiptronic.

I'm looking out for that as well....seeing TURBO every time you look at the tach must be pretty cool

Shark,

Feel fee to contact us about the other carbon bits you are looking for. We carry most of them - and a few you probably had not thought of.
