Congrats Glen! What type of lift is that? I'm also in Bothell. I'll probably be going with 2-post Rotary but I'm not sure what I'll being using on the floor and foundation walls. Here's a picture of my home that was just completed.

Beautiful house!........looks like they'll be no height problems in that garage....My lift is a Backyard Buddy.....very well made (all USA). I've heard very good things about Rotary also. If the lift won't be used for storage the 2 post is probably the way to go...i've heard that if you store a car on the 2post...the suspension is extended (unweighted) which isn't good long term. Not sure how true that is.

absolutley stunning garage!
oh, and I love the Honda trail 70 as well!
(I removed plenty of skin when I was younger on one of those)

We've got 3 of them...2 red, 1 blue. My wife got that one from her dad when she was little and kept it ever since.......the year he passed I had it completely restored for her.
