What would you be using it for? There are plenty of different kits out there ranging from cheap $10,000 kits using donor parts from Foxbody Mustangs to $50,000 very close copies to a new one made by Shelby himself! 
If you're looking for a track car I'd recommend the Factory Five replica. http://www.factoryfive.com/ They aren't even close to original looking if you're wanting an exact replica but they are cheap enough that it wont make you break down sobbing if you spin out into a barrier wall.
