Shark sorry to hear that man... at least there are plenty of good alternatives. Seriously we've put on just about every exhaust out there and the one that people seem to like the most is the Europipe Stage II Quiet. With the larger diameter piping it makes great power but the most important thing about it is it's really one of the only ones I know of that just doesn't resonate. I don't use it because it's heavy (and because I'm a moron like that lol) but it would pass the wife test for sure. There are a few others too like the Ruf, MillTek/EVO and Cargraphic exhausts that don't resonate "much" either.

Alex, have you used Milltek/EVO exhaust before? I know it's made in the UK and that it's offered by EVO as a quiet alternative. Does it resonate a little or none at all? You were a little vague above.

Hey bud.. I sure have had it on my own car too Very nice exhaust and up there with the best. It does have a _bit_ of resonance to it. It's not totally resonance free like the Europipe or RuF's....

PS Did you still want/need that stuff from before?

Alex,
The big deal with the 9ff is that I love the idea of it being switchable. I leave for work at 5:45 each morning, and I want it quiet up in there....In the afternoon I want to go play with the ricers on the way home and be loud and obnoxious. I'm afraid the Europipe would be too sedate when smoking a Civic

You know what... This is a long shot but a customer of ours that sold his GT2 a while back actually had a Kriess Seig Ti Exhaust with that exact set up. It didn't have many miles on it but I know he still has it just sitting collecting dust since he sold the car. If you want his contact info PM me and I'll forward you the details...

Hehe.. But I just got home from working on a virgin black 996tt... Late night you could say/ Jus' the regular PSS9s, spark plugs, Exhaust, flash, intake, pedals, SSK etc... Funny thing is it made me think hard. As I pulled my car into the shop and saw that virgin 996TT- what have I done?!?!

I love these darn cars man.... Next week a local chap with a Protomotive 550HP 993TT car is coming in for some work. I can't wait to get a ride in it.

PS My poor white 930 is being so neglected tho. OK off to bed...

I just talked to Eric Dupuy, one of the owners at Eurocar Boutique, the new US distributor and importer for 9FF, he is the office now.

Try 888 322 7911 Hit ext. 997 right away, you don't have to listen to message.

Thanks Laura

At the same time you posted I spoke with Imeka, the other co-owner.

Here is the scoop.....9ff has just released a new version of their switchable exhaust. Eurocar Boutique has ordered one for their test car. They will do a before/after dyno and videos. Price is $7600.00

Excuse me while I look for a 2nd job

Or I can get one of those signs "Will work for exhaust"

Or I can stop going out to lunch on weekdays....lets see, only 3.01587 YEARS until the exhaust is paid off
