http://www.newstohughes.com is somebody's blog website. If you're really curious, you might look for a contact email on that site & ask the person if they know what's up with that image (or that server). Don't think it would be too hard for someone who's hacked a server to insert a process that looks for an 'HTTP GET ...' request & substitute an alternate .jpg file (suitably renamed, of course).

I'm about to close this thread after posting this...
Look, if you leech a picture off another site - sometimes they throw out a **** shot as part of the anti-leeching program. It's pretty simple to program...
If you want to leech a 3rd party photo - DON'T. Just link to the URL of that site/picture.....
