Cold Start Exhaust White Smoke
I have a 05 Turbo S, and I've notice on cold starts or the car has not been driven awhile, that i see white smoke on the exhaust. is this normal? I've only got 500 miles on it, and have not gone over the 4200 rpm brake-in period. Should I been concerned about this. Any feedback would be great! I still will take the car in for check-up at the dealer.

gee golly wizzzzz white smoke on a cold day no worries , have never seen a car that did not admit white smoke on a cold day it is almost like fog warm air meets cold air equals white smoke .. steam cold day watch your breath guess what it's white... condensation equals white smoke. only bad thing could be head gasket but tha would be white smoke all the time and high engine temp...

just put kevins turbos on my 01 his idea is to keep the car out of boost for 50 miles then slowly bring up boost for the next 50 miles(longest 100 miles of my life) then head to the remapper ... sooooo 4 grand is just a tad shallow.....

Mine smoked at 500 miles than took a little trip through the mountains in 2nd and 3rd gears but never went over 4100k. When I got home I had 825 miles on it and it does not smoke anymore or use any oil. GO DRIVE IT
