Default FS: SpeedTech Exhaust

I'm selling the SpeedTech twin can exhaust that I replaced with their newer system a few years ago. It's a direct bolt on to any 996 Turbo, Turbo S, or Turbo w/X50 package. OEM tips will transfer over since the outlet is 60mm, the stock exhaust diameter. Exhaust tips are not included.

$950 $800 OBO - Shipping in the lower 48 states included. The exhaust is packaged and ready to ship. Shoot me a message if you are interested.

Technical Details:
Speedtech Twin Can 996 Turbo Exhaust
200 Cell Catalytic Converters
60mm Outlets - OEM tips transfer over

Installation is easy - remove the existing exhaust, bolt the two sections to the turbos using the factory studs, use the included mounting straps to support the exhaust sections on the factory exhaust support brackets, screw in the O2 sensors, and transfer your OEM exhaust tips.

The exhaust is also listed in the classifieds: 996 Turbo Speedtech Exhaust - 911 Turbo (996 Generation)

when the cats go bad on these types of exhausts do you have to just get new ones and have them welded on?

i want to get an exhaust system for my car but the kline exhausts appeal to me because i can swap between straight pipes or cats..

I've only ever destroyed one cat, it was then an excuse to go straight pipe, engine was running way too rich.

The cats are welded on as part of the exhaust unit so replacing them or putting straight pipes on would require welding.

Ha, ha - that video is a real blast from the past! I had a lot of fun and so many great memories with that car. Drove it 158,000 miles in 18 years of ownership. Purchased new and modded after 3 months. Great times.

That's awesome that you enjoyed the car for so long and so many miles! I need to drive mine more, too many responsibilities at the moment. I think the best part of the video is at 2:47 => "Uh Oh, looks like that Porsche is going to blow his doors off.... and he does!" haha

:-) Thanks. Yeah, that street night race video was pretty good. The car had a custom dyno tune with K24/18G's, injectors, dual fuel pumps with full bolt-ons and was pretty quick in it's era for a stock motor car. It trapped 134-135 MPH with little to no lag and pulled very strong up top.
