Question Japan limited 996 Turbo "HPE"

I bought this Japanese magazine about Porsche 911 996 and stumbled across this 996 High Performance Edition. I don't speak Japanese, so from what I understood from Google's attempts to translate this, it's a slightly modified Turbo or Turbo S only sold in Japan. Attached some pictures,

if you speak Japanese, feel free to translate and share, cheers.

Looks like it has an aerokit on it.

Cannot make out the power.

Says the power is increased from 420PS to 450PS in the "Outline" section on the page

So, it's either an X50, 2003, or an S 04/05.

Yes. Porsche may have bundled the options into a "special edition" but that is what it is.

The Aerokit is the option I'm most jealous of. Looks great and no rams to deal with.

Plus the wing aids in the bathing and drinking of birds after a heavy rain.
