There's usually a Malibu group that meets on a semi-regular basis. I've never gone so I can't give you details.
Also check out the Crystal Cove exotic car meet every saturday starting at 6am. This is located in the Crystal Cove Promenade on PCH in Newport Coast.
Other than that, the best way to get a drive together is to propose it yourself!
