just took it out n now can't figure out how to reinstall it.!please anyone done this before?thanks

big red switch comes in from the back of the dash. turn the long metal tab on its front till it engages in the long slot . then put the cup cover back on. put the big nut back on. there is tabs that will only go one way. The finger **** pops and locks back on the switch shaft when you push it on all the way.
