I used to use walmart supertech in my Civic Si EP3..i cant seem to get it in 5W-20 around here so I use the fram 5W-20. I've also done a ton of track days in my integra gsr with 200k+ miles using cheap no name 5W30!

I plan on using Mobil 1 Synthetic in my TT..

The best oil is and always will be the one you change.

Personally, I use Rotella T6 in everything I own that uses a 5-40. I guess they also have a 5-30 T6 now.
Yes. Platinum is made from natural gas. For a while it was one of the few oils that met certain OEM specs, mainly because Mobil 1 didn't want to pay for the testing.

Every time I read about billet k16s its usually a larger compressor wheel that is milled into the stock k16 compressor housing.

Has anyone replaced the stock k16 compressor wheel with a BILLET k16 compressor wheel?

NEW K16 Turbo Billet Compressor Wheel MFS1652C (turboturbos.com)

I suppose if one were to build a SCCA Super street prepared AutoX car this could be of use.

My friend changed one in his K24 car but didnt have any before / after results.

If the wheel profile is 100% identical to stock, I dont think there will be any performance gain that you can notice. If the wheel is lighter then it might spool just a tad faster?

If the stock wheel is shot, go billet. Otherwise I would just upgrade to a bigger wheel completely or keep it stock

I figured the performance gains would be faster spool (much faster since its smaller ) but the stock k16s can bend the stock rods as well with an aggressive tune apparently!

Is a fuel pulse damper beneficial on a stock frame turbo setup?

If you are running a modified fuel system and big injectors, yes.

Does the stock fuel system not have issues with pulsing?

Would it make sense to take out my stock injectors and have them cleaned before I get a tune? Im probably going to replace my fuel pump as well.

The tuners ive spoken to said a 5 bar FPR would be enough for a k16 or k16/24 hybrid setup. I've also read that you will max out the stock injectors with this sort of setup and it's not a good idea to run high IDCs so I am kind of tempted to get larger injectors.

I had my injectors cleaned and flow tested... it certainly can't hurt.
I have logged 100% duty cycle using stock injectors, stock K16's, and 3.8 bar FPR running a 1 bar 91 octane Cobb OTS tune. I backed the tune off to an 0.8 bar OTS tune.

Your tuner will have a recipe of fpr and injectors that he wants to tune. If you're tuning it yourself of course you can select anything.

Not to my knowledge but no one has really tested it to confirm. OEMs usually account for pulsations in the design of their fuel systems so when start changing things is where the problems can pop up.

You can max out the stock injectors with a 5 bar regulator on stock K16s in the mid range rpm- the duty cycle comes back down at higher rpm as the efficiency falls away. I did it with a custom tune on Cobb- car never went too lean but it was over 100% DC for about 1000 rpm.

I run the Siemens 60 pounders and that is what I would recommend along with the pump.

Isn't the stock fuel system good for around 650 horse?

More like 600hp to keep things safe. It can handle 650, but you're sacrificing your safety buffer.
