Its sample rate is low so it doesnt' fidget around all the time, if it were truly 'accurate' it wouldn't serve a purpose as it would flucate to much for the human eye to understand.

If the conditions are just right, it will 'overboost' temporarily. On a really cold night I can hit .9 bar, one time I even hit 1.1. On a flat road in 50 degree weather I usually hit .7

I don't think k16s can hold 1.1 to redline, if they are it is blowing hot air.

the one time i overboosted it was around 5k rpms and it was on an incline
