Does anyone happen to know the trque spec

for the 2 bolts that hold the crash bar, or beam to the car?

Looks like 63 ft lbs, as far as I can tell ... The repair manual pdf I have looks like it was scanned at low res.

Sorry, can you be more precise? Crash bar? Location? If you are talking about the 2 vertical bolts that hold the aluminium bumber to crash tubes, yes it is 63 ftlb....
