any one here had any dealings with this dealership with regards to car sales, over the phone/internet purchase, we have bought a poorly represented car and are getting a run around.

I have done several phone & in person deals with them. All deals have been as expected and without any problems.

I bought an new 02 tt from them and I was not satisfied with the service. There are a few decent sales people there, but their problems are a result of the General manager Dan Horton. He is rude, uninterested in keeping his customers satisfied and not in touch with what happens on the sales floor. Since they are the only Porsche dealership in the area they feel they have a momopoly and you need them more than they need you. My advice is that you use another Dealership.
