I was very happy with service when Mike was there. Since he left in June it's been tough to get questions answered from tech support in my experience; I get quicker responses from you!

Appreciate the input; I'll wait to hear back from Tial.

Yes, Mike Franke was absolutely fantastic. It's a shame he's no longer there. It's not as easy now that's for sure. Persistence pays off however.
