Default 01 996 Hard cold start

Recently purchase a 2001 996 really hard to start when cold after warms up starts and runs great no check engine light. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

No it’s a C2. How ever I also have a 02 996tt x50.

It can literally be one of many things. Without some more clues or information it's impossible to take a guess.

Fuel system, injection system, ignition system, sensors - a zillion possibilities.
