Thanks for the reminder! totally did not think about doing that to the red part. Did on some other black parts, but totally forgot the red one, will definitively try!

Tried it today, and the color came back great, but the cracked piece became worse so I made a mess :/ Should work perfectly for a piece in better condition though, thanks for the tip

I managed to get rid of all indentations and marks to make my 991 seats look like new again!

I left a comment on your YT vid about the 991 seats. Definitely want to reuse the 996 latches to avoid the airbag light.

I'm working on a nice lil Arduino project to drive the ventilation fans and heaters on my 991 sport seats. It's been a fun rabbit hole and nowhere close to done lol.
