Someone broke that headlight washer prior and glued it back on. Make sure to remove that glue. The new ones just press in.

here's some advice.
once you replace it. don't ever activate the washer stalk while driving at any "speed".
the shiny part of the washer nozzle will become a projectile. it only has to happen once to learn this lol

pull the washer stalk toward you gently. it will activate the washer and a few automatic wipes of the blades.
most cars have this feature? again, just make sure you are stationary when you do it. lastly, if my memory serves. the shiny part is not sold separately and is part of the assembly noted in the graphs above. it's very simple to replace. ( and break for that matter lol ). good luck.
