It's easy. Remove y-pipe and it's just clipped in place. Pry it off with a flat head screwdriver, remove all the vac lines, and replace. Make sure to zip tie tight and pressure test after!

was hoping i didn't have to do that given it's right there above the y-pipe and was hoping it might be akin to a 2 minute maf r&r.

i am ill equipped to r&r it now, i am not ashamed to admit lol. thanks for the info.

Yea there's no way to do it without removing the airbox and ypipe unfortunately...unless you don't have a fuel cooler. If that's the case, it's a really quick and easy job.

was a "doh" moment when you mentioned the vac lines because i've never done it - and/or stood there offering no help to my pal that can.

but i get it, r&r airbox, y-pipe, r&r and check the lines. thx. sounds like a solid hour to r&r. wonder what book time is.
