What is the cells on the cats? Tell us how it sounds and if you have drone or not. I went with a Speedtech 100 cell cats.
What tips are you using?

Bold move asking for opinions after you already pulled the trigger.

It's nearly identical in design to the gen1 Fabspeed system (which my car has). I suspect it's going to have a lot of drone around 2200rpm.

Supersprint is much better than Fabspeed.

I thought Super Sprint had grown up a lot; I used their system on an 81 Sirocco years ago and it absolutely howled inside the car; I would not like a similar system in the turbo.

That is interesting. I have found that nearly every exhaust available for the 996TT, even the stock system, drones at 2200RPM.

You are wrong. I put resonator tubes on my aftermarket system and it droned at 2800

LOL, there always to has to be one he bunch.

What else is interesting is that if you look through all the sub-forums it appears every water cooled flat 6 with every exhaust combination also drones around the 2200 RPM range. It's a thing.

I had a supersprint exhaust on my E36 M3 and it was extremely well made. Never seen/heard one on the 996tt.

A few fun facts...
Super Sprint private labeled the TechArt Twin can (with no center balance tube).. This design was copied and brought into the US by many offshore exhaust manufacturers. Fabspeed offers a similar twin can exhaust today.
Just like the original TechArt system it droned like no tomorrow.

Fabspeeds GEN 1 system had cherry bomb "STYLE" mufflers that ran in parallel left bank when to right exhaust tip, the right bank when to the left exhaust tip.
Fabspeeds GEN 2 exhaust was very similar to the above pictured Super Sprint system that is offered today. The unit has One large centered muffler with two inlets and two outlets..

To the OP, get it fitted and post your opinion. The SuperSprint systems are very well built.

Fabspeed looks like overseas crap IMO, and there's lots to be read on that.... I've had lots of Supersprint stuff. they also make the exhaust for Hartge and some others I'm sure. It's a great product for sure, but lacking in some overall QC as I've had a few and seen others with cracking around hangers and such. Still a great (albeit $$$) product.
