Default What about Caster?

Getting my car ready for future track events. Just dropped my front camber to -3.0 and rear camber to -2.5. Doing so F'd my caster to the point my front tires just kiss the front wheel liners. Just received these in the mail to fix it. Is factory spec what everyone would prefer for caster since it will be adjustable or is there another preferred number? Should i have matching per side or a slight split left to right?

When considering caster adjustments you first need to tell us if you are still using awd or have gone rwd. That does affect what you want for optimum caster. But do keep in mind that your camber adjustment in front will change in the corners after what your caster is. So you would like to "match" those two for best grip.
