i wouldn't mix and match. street car or track toy? i'd base my decision on the answer to that.

If replacing all 3, CSF just makes sense.

I agree with the previous post, if your going to change one just do all 3 and I would upgrade too.
it may cost a little more but worth it in the long run.

The factory radiators are very good. Cleaning the debris and compost piles will get one 10 plus years of service out of stock AKG/Behr radiators.

I went OEM and one cracked on installation, didn't notice it until I filled it with coolant. I spent the extra money to get CSF after that.. I hate plastic radiators

Actually, I took it all apart to replace the condensers; both sides had pinholes.
Does CSF sell condensers also.
Thanks guys..

Of course you can mix and match.

I went with the the OEM supplier BEHR for the sides because they were 1/2 the price of CSF. I found the center CSF for the same price as the BEHR price so I used the CSF in the center.

I just had to replace a center CSF due to being hit by a tree branch. Sucks it was only a few years old.

of course, that's right. mixing csf's along with the oem akg's or behr's will be a great future selling point.

in ten years. i have replaced two Oems with used junkyard replacements my pal had sitting there.. if the end pieces are good and no pinhole leaks? FTW. i'm cool lol

IMO the labor is a pain to put junk yard parts on, so good for you. I couldn't' do it. I am gonna bring my broken CSF to a rad shop and have that rebuilt either for a spare or to sell. A good option for guys who get metal end tanks. Quality shops will fix em. I put a small hole right in the center punched about 1/2 way through the core.

parts is parts. don't you eat chicken? it's an hour or so to r&r and equalize coolant while you have two beers.

cost or provenance is immaterial. it's a radiator.

Yea I guess. To each their own. The side rads are a pain, so is the front. Sure it's not too bad, but I'd hate to have to do it twice if the parts no good. Sucks you have to take so much apart to get to stuff.

agree. if i didn't have help that had done it a 1000 times, i might not take a chance on "used". same with any used part. you take your chances. but a radiator is not complicated lol.

if i ever sell this car, i hereby announce that i will happily remove the bumper so any prospective buyer can see the passenger side rad and "compare" it for integrity with the remaining two ha,
